About Lab Zero
Based in Encinitas California, Lab Zero is a collective of three unique spaces — a 2,000 sq. ft. studio, 600 sq. ft. showroom, and an outdoor event space. The goal is to create a collaboration with companies committed to pursuing sustainable approaches. Powered by 100% renewable energy!
Studio Space
2,000 square feet of prime indoor and outdoor studio space with an option for 2 dedicated offices, 1 conference room, and a large open area for multi-use.
Also features a dedicated kitchen area and outdoor patio on the famous California 101.
Showroom Space
600 square feet of showroom space to feature an innovative brand or host a dedicated team. Open floor plan, high ceilings and large sliding doors to create an indoor/outdoor connected environment.
Event Space
800 square feet of prime outdoor event space with access to two bathrooms and a full shower. The outdoor event space is connected to the other two spaces (studio + showroom.) Palm trees blanket the area and their is an dedicated power and multiple entrances/exits.
